To renew your passport or birth certificate, or get a new passport in case of a lost one, you can contact the Zimbabwe Embassy in Ottawa. 

The applicant's  presence is usually required for most applications. The processing and issuing of  documents is done in Harare. Embassy sources say it takes about six months for the issuing of documents.
